It was outside Rahul Gandhi's Residence where the Physically challenged students were beaten by Police brutaly. The Physically Disabled Students were to submit an application regarding Physical Disability bill. Later they were not allowed inside and were brutaly Lathy Charged. Its an atmost shame to the public and public servants that these innocent students who are Physically Disabled are harassed to this cruel extent.
